Negative experience. Headed back to the dock after 30 minutes (we left 7 minutes late) due to weather. Understandable. Should have been out for an hour and 45 minutes. Was not offered a refund. Asked for one and was told “my boss said we can’t give refunds if you are out more than half the trip”. 30 minutes is not half of an hour and 45 minutes. Could not rebook as other parties did as it was our last day. Emailed and got a condescending response with screenshots of all the lightening in the area. Why did we go out at all then? They should have cancelled the trip and refunded money to customers. But nope, just wanted to make a buck. I understand the weather is unpredictable, but I paid $167 for an one hour and 45 minute tour and got 30 minutes. I was not asking for a full refund, but a partial refund. Go with another company that puts customers first.
