Unfortunately there was a slight snafu and the driver missed our morning pickup. We called and rather than postponing or making excuses the folks there apologized and got us an Uber from the French Quarter to the site (on their dime), in plenty of time for us to make our trip. Talk about customer service!! Our boat capt was “Little E” and he did an excellent job. He spent a lot of time talking about the gators and other wildlife we saw in the bayou rather than just zipping around. We did that too but it was a good mix of zipping and learning. It was a fun excursion. Also, my wife went on a competitor’s tour a few weeks ago and she said Ragin Cajun was hands down,the better of the two. Highly recommend.
