Paid for small boat tour self drive. Which is 20.00 more per person. We were put on boat with large tour and they refused refund the over charge. Very rude about it when questioned.

I had an amazing time! I will go every time I come back to New Orleans. Josh was our guide, and he was funny and educational and informative. You could tell he really cared about the alligators, the land and making sure we all have a good time.
