Our tour was fantastic. It is a private and protected swamp area with an established and beloved gator population. We saw two large males (decades old) and a mother with her babies. The guide feeds them treats to bring them close to the boat. I highly recommend the convenient hotel pickup which is reasonably priced and hassle free. They host a number of tour groups simultaneously and can therefore offer a shuttle service. We were on a small boat which was extremely private but even the larger boats were not overly crowded and everyone has a comfortable seat. I am so glad we scheduled this to kick off our New Orleans trip. I love the idea of supporting their efforts to protect this area.
