To be honest I had no idea what an airboat was (I’m from the Midwest, ha!) until today! This was an experience I’ll never forget! It was so fun! Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ‘critters’ we were looking for. We saw Jack, the big boy gator and a few little females.
Make sure to bring sunscreen and water because Lord it’s hot! Tour lasted about an hour and a half which included stopping a few times to see and hear about native bugs/animals. You may get wet and/or muddy so be prepared for that. If I’m every passing through again, I will be stopping.
