We went on a small boat for our 5 person family. The captain we had to end up leaving for a emergency so they had informed us that they had someone else on their way to take us. We ended up waiting 20 minutes when Austin showed up. He was amazing, he took time away from his time off to help my family have a great time. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly with all the gators. He even answered all of my husbands stupid questions. Would recommend to everyone!
