To begin the boat ride was a 4 star. Dawson our guide was a true Cajun and is very entertaining. I wish he had gone faster or made it more thrilling. It was like a slow paced ride in a swamp. Now for the reason of the 3 star. The customer no service is an understatement. The lady that sales the tickets is rude and and just nasty to the customers.
