I am really disappointed in our tour. I don’t know the name of our tour guide, but we were on the craw daddy tour and it such a let down. Our guide put zero effort into interacting with us. He spent the entire time silently driving through the swamp and completely ignoring the tour group and our surroundings. He never stopped to talk to us, take questions, or to point out any gators/ other wildlife. It was extremely frustrating to drive by all the other tours and see the guides enthusiastically interacting with the tour groups and point out gators while our guide payed zero attention to us or the beautiful wildlife that surrounded us. We were also the last to leave the the first ones back. It seemed like he couldn’t get us off the airboat fast enough nor did he care that we payed good money for this experience.

Hands down one of the BEST experiences I have been on. We saw a ton of wildlife. Our airboat captain, Shawn, was knowledgeable and funny. He knew where all the gators hung out. We saw all different sizes from tiny babies to the biggest 12 foot one. Highly recommend booking with this group.

Had a great time flying down the swamp on their airboat. Our driver drifted us around turns and made sure we got to see plenty of gators.

Tour guide was very nice, fun to chat with. Thrill of the airboat at high speeds is 8/10. No fear for life, jist fun! Rained heavily for about 10 minutes during the ride but didn’t phase us. Sun came back out and we dried off 90% before we got back to the car. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Our tour guide was incredibly informative and clearly cares for each of the gators, especially tri-pod.

We saw lots of alligators including several babies. The bayou is peaceful and we saw lots of birds too. Our guide was fun and had a good sense of humour. I have a hip injury so was a bit concerned about bumps and G-forces on the air boat. We got some speed and did some turns but it was all very smooth and safe. I was thrilled to be able to participate in the fun. If you have mobility issues, as long as you can walk a few steps on an unsteady surface you can do this activity (basically stepping onto the boat which moves in the water as you step on – I had someone there to help steady me just in case).
