We booked a small boat that seats 6-8 people and the tour on the ticket said 1 hr. and 45 minuets. We only got an hour worth of ride time. There were not any cypress trees on the property only mud flats with trash in them. We saw 2 large gators and 4 small ones. Not really a swamp tour, more like a mud flat marsh tour. I was embarrassed after bringing my guests here.

There are so many good things I can say about this company. The transporter who picked us up She was very nice. She took her time to explain how the tour will go and that there’s no reason to be nervous. She was very kind and a cautious driver. Stop glad to have met her

When we got to the location we had to wait maybe 20 minutes out in the hot sun I think that was the only thing that was kind of a damper however it was okay.

We met Austin He was our tour guide He gave us instructions and short dos and donts did the tour.

Austin is very kind, patient and courteous with the wildlife and the guests at the swamp.

I will recommend this place to you and your family if you’re looking for a wonderful swamp tour.

Austin, our captain, knew his wildlife and really cared about the animals. We saw at least six alligators and some raccoons. The airboat ride was comfortable and exciting! We would go again.

Nice. They just called us 10 minutes before the ride to tell that something happened with our boat. They can only reschedule our ride in two days (we’re leaving tomorrow night) OR we can pay EXTRA and do a smaller boat. It’s pretty unprofessional to cancel the ride and ask to pay extra because something wrong on their side.

Fun!! Fun!!! Worth the trip!! Don’t know the tour guides name but they where both great!! We had two cause the first guy stopped and helped his fellow tour guide cause his boat malfunctioned but it was fun got close to Jack the gator!!! A must do!!! Go!! Go!!! Go!
